100 Word Count 🐘

Hola everyone, for this week's 100 word count our prompt this week was... 'Then the Elephant delivered his speech'. If you don't know what a 100 word count is then I can explain it to you. A 100 word count story is a story that has 100 words. You are then given a picture, a sentence or 5 words. For this week our teacher gave us a sentence. My 100 word count story is about a village filled with animals trying to get rid of the lions in their village.

This is my 100 word count:
Herbivores of the village came to the beautiful lake. They started eating plants from the lake. It was peace and quiet until two lion cubs came rolling over the grass. The herbivores started running away. The great elephant came and gave the two cubs an angry look. The great elephant gathered all the animals then the Elephant delivered his speech “It is time for the two cubs to go on their own. They can’t stay forever.” The great elephant was disappointed and pointed to the other side of their village where the lions would leave and start their own journey.

Thank you for reading this story.
I hope you have a great weekend.
Always welcome to comment.
What do you think the lions felt? If your were one of the lions in this story what would you do?

  1. Hello Venice, I like your 100 word count story it is nice and great to read. But on here I can't really tell if it is 100 words. I also like how you described your work. Did you do two stories?

  2. Kamusta Venice! I hope you see my comment by the way. I love your 100 word count! Why did they let those cubs go? This also sound like lion king. I hope you answer my comment! Have a great weekend.

  3. Hello Venice, It's Talisa. I like your blog post about the 100 word count. I think your 100 word is way better than mine. I feel sorry for the lions thou if I were them I would start a protest with all lions that don't eat meat about how all animals are important. Goodbye
