At activity 1 We had to get 3 facts about NZ and also use our own words. Then after that we move on to activity 2. We had to choose five places from the video we had to go on to get the five places we wanted. Then to activity 3 we had to try to create a flag of NZ.
Here is all of the activities i did.

- There are now 4.4 million New Zealanders
- Bungy jumping were designed in NZ
- Edmund Hillary was the first human being that climbed Mt. Everest
Activity 2 - 5 Tourist Activities I Recommend

- Restaurants
- Bungy jumping experience
- Sky Tower
- Rainbows end
Activity 3 - Design a New Zealand Flag
The Green flower is like the silver fern. I thought
that silver fern is a flower so that’s where I got the idea of putting a flower. The rest of the colours
I got the idea of was from our NZ flag. I thought that if we could ever change our flag, ourselves
would remind us of the NZ flag.

Kia ora Venice,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Rachel and I work with Emma on the Summer Learning Journey programme. I am so excited to see that you have been practicing the activities and posting your answers on your blog. I really love the flag that you designed and enjoyed reading your three new facts about New Zealand.
I am always excited to read that it was a New Zealander who first climbed Mt Everest. How amazing is that?! I am not sure if I could have been the first to climb a huge mountain as I am a little bit scared of heights. What about you? Are you scared of heights or would you have enjoyed the challenge of scaling the tallest mountain in the world?
I hope that you will continue to share your great work with us over the summer. We are going to have a great time learning, creating and sharing with one another throughout the summer holiday.
Hope that you are able to join us on the Summer Learning Journey this year! The programme starts on Monday 17 December 2018.
All the best,
Rachel :)
